Beanie's Babies Foundation:
Beanie's inspiration for his foundation came from his involvement in afterschool programs as a child. He credits these experiences for helping shape the type of player and person he is today. The "Beanie Babies Foundation" was established to create and support afterschool programs and extended learning opportunities for all kids.

Beanie Wells Football Camp:
In April 2010, over 300 kids ages 7-14 participated in a free football camp hosted by Beanie Wells. Athletes were taught the basic fundamentals of football by Beanie, a few of his teammates and a team of coaches in a positive and fun environment. The program was made possible through corporate sponsorship with the proceeds benefiting the Boys and Girls Clubs of the East Valley and the "Beanie Babies Foundation."

Bowling with Beanie:
In April 2010, Beanie and 97.1 The Fan hosted this first-time event in Columbus, OH. The program raised funds for Beanie's foundation, the "Beanie Babies Foundation." Over 20 former teammates and the OSU coaching staff including Coach Jim Tressel supported the event. The first-year program was sold out with over 320 participants. In addition to bowling, there were several ancillary events including: memorabilia signing, VIP Reception, silent auction and raffles.
